Lancaster Central Market is a popular stop on her carefully curated tours, and she often runs into Chef Oliver Saye, founder of homage: Cuisines of the West African Diaspora. Chef Oliver's food contains the history of enslaved people and the culture they were able to preserve through the food they carried with them through bondage and beyond.
